An Independent Statement for We the People of The United States of America
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands of partisan politics which have divided US from one another, to be able to hold fast to our unalienable rights, to secure Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness along with our Freedom of Speech, and Rights to Privacy and The Right of Publicity, Copyright and patent, as equals in one Nation under Our Laws and the US Constitution.
Caution dictates that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes. History has shown us, again, and again, that the people will bear suffering and uphold the rule of law instead of abolishing the standing government until after a long series of abuses. -- Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive to the Right of the People, it is the people’s right and duty to alter or abolish and throw off such a Government and to institute new Government.
The patient suffering of the American people, our homeless, abandoned veteran soldiers, medical negligence, educational illiterate, failure to bail out main-street, crumbling infrastructure, slander against the collective intelligence of the scientific community, corruption of our legal system and polluting of our public lands — for the profit of the few. Let these facts speak for themselves and be submitted to the world.
He has imposed tariffs damaging to the US economy, against trade with almost all foreign nations, with politically notable exceptions. Fiscally cutting off our Trade with most parts of the world.
He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by installing hundreds of Judges in state and local courts to rule favors for him, all the way to the US Supreme Court.
He has supported laws that have resulted in the deaths of babies with unviable birth defects, death and post postpartum hemorrhage of women and girls of child bearing age, rendering victims of rape and incest to hardships unimaginable to the people of sheltered and safe society. And forced the medical hippocratic oath to be broken by laws that resulted in medical criminal negligence.
He has used the office of President of The United States for his own personal profit and as a shield against multiple felonies he committed and was convicted for in court.
He has excited a domestic insurrection amongst us, cheered on a deadly rampage of our capital. The US Capitol January 6th, 2021, denouncing and threatening the life of his own Vice President, and the American People’s Congress to the mob of thousands of rioters.
He has commended racists, fascists and felons, even during events that resulted in the deaths of American citizens. Quote, example. He maintains that he “answered perfectly” when he said there were “very fine people on both sides”.
He has caused the deaths of an unknown number of refugee immigrants, and separated children from family, by repeated and intentional hate rhetoric for personal political gain, via the media power afforded to him by the station of the office of POTUS.
He has committed slander tens of thousands of times with false or misleading claims for personal political gain, via the media power afforded to him by the station of the office of POTUS.
In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury and saturation of the news media with incessant false and shameful banter. A conman demagogue whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
